At the Sept. 17 meeting the board approved two intergovernmental agreements (IGAs) with Nunda for the 2025–2026 season. The first IGA covers snowplow services not to exceed $45,000; the second covers road maintenance not to exceed $35,000, billed monthly at the discretion of the Director of Maintenance and subject to President approval. President Giles had asked that the items be voted on separately but trustees asked to combine the motions and moved to approve the combined action.
Trustee Stingel moved to approve the combined IGAs and Trustee Brown seconded; the motion carried with all trustees voting yes. The agreements were authorized as part of the village’s regular maintenance planning; the board did not specify contingency funding beyond the stated not‑to‑exceed amounts.
