Parks & Recreation Director Sherri Proud said bids ranged from $42,500 to $91,715 and staff recommended the low bidder, noting favorable references from similar projects in Nebraska and local work at Mercer Tennis Courts and West High. "The pickleball people will be very happy to have those courts," Proud said. Council adopted Resolution No. 2026‑94 to accept proposals and award the contract; staff reported funding is available in FY2026 and FY2027 reserve funds.
