Horry County names Stevie Brown planning director; honors Tammy Barnhill on 30 years of service

Council members and colleagues thanked Barnhill for her long service dating back to about Jan. 12, 1995, and wished Brown success in his new role. The recognition was part of a wider employee-recognition portion of the agenda that highlighted staff with three decades of service.
