The committee approved the February 19, 2026 minutes on a motion by Brian Soper, seconded by Evan Tuthill; the minutes record "All vote AYE. Motion Approved and Carried."
The committee then considered a Town of Owasco referral for a site plan at 4995 Rockefeller Road and voted unanimously to recommend approval while attaching technical comments about erosion-control notes, filter-sock labeling and placement, and temporary runoff protections for new swales. Kari Terwilliger moved to adjourn, seconded by Evan Tuthill; the meeting adjourned at 9:08 AM following a unanimous vote.
