County approves consulting study to address Bridge 351 load posting

The board approved a supplemental agreement with United Consulting to provide the required engineering services, including load rating analysis, maintenance-of-traffic planning, and INDOT coordination. Commissioner Storey moved to approve the agreement; Commissioner Andrew Stauffer seconded the motion, which carried 3-0.
