Holiday Hills trustees approve $50,000 transfer and warrant including Nunda IGA payment

During the Nov. 19 meeting Trustee Mickey Brown presented the monthly financial report and said the village transferred $50,000 from Epay and General funds into a First Mid account to ensure funds were available to cover the Nunda IGA payment. Brown reported account balances as First Mid $76,719.23; IL General $140,122.87; MFT $93,834.72; and Epay $20,701.19.
Trustee Brian Agrella moved to approve the warrant dated Nov. 19, 2025, Trustee Carol Stingel seconded and the motion passed with all trustees voting aye. The minutes note the Nunda IGA payment is included on the warrant; Director Dzialo will deliver the check on Nov. 20 as previously arranged.
