Chairman Michael Humburg called the Faribault County Soil & Water Conservation District Regular Board Meeting to order at 8:29 a.m. Supervisor Bill Anderson moved to approve the agenda; Supervisor Randy Feist seconded the motion and it carried with Anderson, Bell and Feist voting in favor and Neal Mensing absent.
The board then approved the March 11, 2026 Regular Board Meeting minutes and accepted the March 2026 Treasurer's Report "subject to audit." The board also voted to pay outstanding bills and to transfer $75,000 from savings to checking to cover those payments. Each of these motions passed unanimously with the same voting pattern recorded in the minutes.
These actions were presented as routine operating items intended to keep district business and vendor payments on schedule. No member requested further discussion on the transfer amount or the listed bills.
