Commissioners approve release of maintenance bond for Greendale North Subdivision

County Attorney Susan Bevers presented Resolution No. 6 (Commissioner Bill No. 4), asking the board to release the maintenance bond for streets and related infrastructure within the Greendale North Subdivision. Bevers said the required three-year maintenance period had elapsed and that inspections found the improvements acceptable.
Commissioner Andrew Stauffer moved and Commissioner Drew Markel seconded approval of Resolution No. 6; the motion carried 2-0. The resolution releases the maintenance bond and records the county's acceptance of the completed improvements.
