The board approved detachment of water rights for the Enlarged South Park Supply and the Leek Ditch as they relate to Porter Ranch Lot 80, which is owned by Teton County. Chief Deputy County Attorney Keith Gingery presented the request and the board authorized the Chair to sign both Detachment of Water Rights forms for submission to the Wyoming State Engineer.
Commissioner Luther Propst moved for approval and Commissioner Wes Gardner seconded; the minutes record the motion passed with the vote "all in favor and the motion carried." The action affects county-owned property and will be processed through the State Engineer's office as indicated in the minutes.
