The Board authorized the County Administrator or, in her absence, the Clerk of the Board to electronically sign the Catawba Security, LLC alarm monitoring service agreement for the Ottawa County Community Resource Centre, located at 8043 West State Route 163, Oak Harbor, Ohio. The Facilities Superintendent recommended the agreement and it was approved by the Prosecuting Attorney prior to the board action.
The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas and seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler; the vote was recorded as unanimous. The authorization delegates signature authority to the County Administrator or the Clerk when necessary.
