Commissioner Kelvin Gilbert responded that he is available to speak with residents but reiterated the recommended process: bring concerns first to the Town Manager and, if unresolved, the commissioners will step in. Gilbert said he would check in with the Town Manager next month regarding cut‑offs and consent‑agenda display; Commissioner Monique Warren‑Clegg said she would look into Gale Spears Drive and park issues.
