The applicant, Shay, acknowledged an omission in the submitted site plan, saying, “We did forget to put the trees that we're gonna put on the inside. That was our fault.” The commission discussed a potential wiring-related conflict for one member before approving the CUP; staff reported a 3-0 vote in favor.
