Trustee Nauman moved to approve the minutes of the regular meeting held Jan. 6, with Trustee Alig seconding; the motion passed 6 yeas, 0 nays. Trustee Weyeneth moved to approve the special meeting minutes from Jan. 19, with Trustee Alig seconding; that motion passed 5 yeas, 0 nays and one abstention by Trustee Nauman. The Warrant List was approved on a motion by Trustee Bowers, seconded by Trustee Glueck, by a 6-0 vote.
The board also approved the 2026 regular board meeting schedule (motion by Trustee Nauman, second Trustee Weyeneth; 6-0) and adopted the 2026 event calendar (motion by Trustee Weyeneth, second Trustee Alig; 6-0).
The meeting adjourned at 7:58 PM after a motion by Trustee Weyeneth and second by Trustee Schierer, which passed 6-0.
