The Agriculture, Industry & Planning Committee recorded several unanimous actions during its May 6 meeting in Bath. The committee approved the April 1, 2026 minutes (motion by Michael Volino, seconded by Robert Nichols) and approved the addition of four parcels to certified agricultural districts (motion by Robert Nichols, seconded by Michael Volino), both carried 5‑0.
The committee also authorized the Planning Department to participate in a Transit Operations joint procurement (motion by Shannon Logsdon, seconded by Michael Volino) and approved issuing an RFP for a transit shelter near the Dana Lyons building (motion by Robert Nichols, seconded by Michael Volino); both motions carried 5‑0. Finally, Michael Volino moved to adjourn and the motion carried unanimously. No votes to deny or table agenda items were recorded.
