Marie Myers Shearing, speaking for the Planning Department, briefed the committee on the annual 30‑day inclusion period for certified agricultural districts and said the department received four parcels totaling 63.29 acres. "We had 4 parcels with a total of 63.29 acres, and a little over 5 of those were considered prime soil," Myers Shearing said.
Robert Nichols moved to approve the additions and Michael Volino seconded; the motion carried 5‑0. Committee members did not request further conditions or changes to the parcel list during the meeting.
