Commission approves final and preliminary plats for Deer Mountain and Alice subdivision lots

The board approved the final plat for KR Deer Mountain Club 2021, LLC (Deer Mountain Village lots) and preliminary & final plat for Trooien/Agena (Alice Subdivision lots), each with a fire plan in place, following Planning & Zoning staff recommendations.
Planning & Zoning Administrator Amber Vogt presented staff reports and the commission approved multiple plats. The board granted final plat approval for KR Deer Mountain Club 2021, LLC covering Lots 149–178 and Utility Lot 1 in Deer Mountain Village, noting a fire plan is in place.
The commission also approved preliminary and final plats for applicants Tim Trooien and Zachary & Kristina Agena for Lots 1 & 2 of Alice Subdivision and related parcels. Both motions were made following the Planning & Zoning Commission recommendations and staff concurrence. Motions carried as recorded in the minutes.
