Council hears reports on transportation funding and Centennial Airport noise statistics; city manager notes Feb. 24 executive session

City manager Penny told the council staff did not request an executive session for the night’s meeting. Penny said staff had met with an applicant earlier in the day but had no update to report and that an executive session would be needed on Feb. 24.
