Council postpones decision on TigerEye sidewalk assessment pending contract details

Council asked whether the city would contract through HR Green or with TigerEye directly, how data ownership and GIS hosting would be handled, and whether any additional fees would be added if HR Green contracted to TigerEye on the city's behalf. Staff also noted there is about $15,000 remaining in the existing engineering agreement that could cover initiation costs. Councilmember Dan moved to proceed; the motion received no second and therefore died. Council later voted to postpone the item to the following meeting while staff clarifies contract terms, total cost, and whether the work would be added as an addendum to HR Green's existing agreement.
