Board approves drainage easement for Winters Road property and reschedules reconstruction hearing

Separately, the board rescheduled a public hearing on reconstruction of the Catherine Leneke Drain because of a prior lack of quorum; the new public hearing date is July 16, 2026 (Doc #24-141). The meeting adjourned at 10:42 a.m.
