The Allen County Board of Commissioners approved the minutes of the April 24, 2026 legislative session and claims for the period April 21–28, 2026 totaling $2,231,560.73 during its May 1, 2026 meeting. Ronald Turpin moved to approve the minutes and Therese Brown seconded; Brown moved approval of claims with Turpin seconding. Each motion carried 3-0.
Commissioners also unanimously approved a procedural motion to waive the second reading on any matter deemed necessary for today’s session. No public comments were recorded and Commissioner Richard E. Beck adjourned the meeting at 10:21 a.m. The minutes were noted as approved as distributed and scheduled for final approval at the May 8, 2026 legislative session.
