The board approved the consent agenda, which included the March 11 regular- and executive-session minutes, Building and Grounds Committee minutes from March 17, review and approval of payables, the financial report, and renewal of IESA membership. Nathan Kirby moved to approve the consent agenda, John Lentz seconded, and the motion carried on roll call with all seven members voting yes (Matt Lentz, Brian Patton, John Lentz, Blake Furness, Kassie Greenwood, Mike Cerutti and Nathan Kirby).
