David Elliot unanimously elected chair of Calumet County ADRC advisory panel; Anne Machesky chosen vice chair

Gerold Moehn moved to nominate Elliot for chair and Carole Luedeke seconded the nomination; the committee voted unanimously to elect Elliot. Minutes record that "Elliot was unanimously elected as Chairperson. Dewhurst stepped down and Elliot took over running the meeting." Joann Dewhurst, the committee's recording secretary, had called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Anne Machesky was unanimously elected vice chair after nominating herself; the minutes state, "Machesky was UNANIMOUSLY elected as vice chair." Committee members present and recorded in the minutes were Bruce Laughrin, David Elliot, Carole Luedeke, Gerold Moehn, Anne Machesky, Patricia Miller and Audrey Moore.
The committee conducted the elections by verbal nomination and voice vote and immediately resumed business under Chair Elliot's leadership. The committee also approved the meeting agenda and the Feb. 2, 2026 ADRC Advisory Committee minutes by unanimous voice votes.
