Alderman Jeff Elliott moved to approve the minutes; Alderman Mike Risko seconded and the roll-call vote was 6–0 in favor. Alderman Paul Kaczmarski then moved to authorize payment of the 28 claims for $49,653.49, with Alderman Elliott seconding; that motion also passed 6–0. The clerk reported bank account balances of $3,961,156.47 at the meeting’s start.
