When President Deeb asked whether the empty lot near the Public Works building could be used for parking while longer‑term plans are decided, Kohlhase confirmed the lot’s readiness: "it is leveled and ready for whatever the Village would like to use it for." The board discussed prioritizing public works building improvements and using existing budgeted funds to make progress.
