Hillsborough Planning Board approves final housing survey for town website and social media

The Hillsborough Planning Board voted to accept a final housing survey to be posted on the town website and shared on social media. Planning Board member Steve Livingston moved to accept the survey; Member Kim Opperman seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Mike Tardiff of the Central NH Regional Planning Commission presented the survey and discussed related work updating the Natural Resources and Transportation chapters of the master plan. Planning Director Robyn Payson said proposed warrant articles tied to recent legislative changes will be updated and brought to the Board; the Board aims to hold the public hearing on zoning-related warrant articles prior to Christmas.
