The scope includes attending virtual core meetings (owner/architect/CMR/contractor), virtual commissioning, planning and status meetings, and reporting issues to the owner. INCompliance will perform basic and additional services at a blended rate of $240.00 per hour; additional services require written approval. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
