"[He] spoke about Father's Day, celebrated at the end of June, and shared the importance of fathers and the vital role they play in their families," the minutes state. On a motion by Commissioner Alice Yoder, seconded by Commissioner Joshua G. Parsons, the meeting adjourned at 9:25 a.m.; the motion passed unanimously.
Earlier in the session the board approved Resolution No. 47 of 2026 (Human Services Block Grant Narrative Plan for FY 2026-27) and enacted Ordinance No. 164 (repealing County Ordinance 139 of 2019 as applied to East Cocalico Township). Those items are recorded in the minutes as formal actions taken by the board during the meeting.
