Lancaster County enacts ordinance repealing LERTA for East Cocalico Township

The county ordinance eliminates the designated LERTA areas within East Cocalico Township but preserves any exemptions already granted prior to the repeal according to their approved schedules. The ordinance text also includes standard severability and repealer clauses and states the ordinance becomes effective five days after enactment.
"Lancaster County Ordinance 139 of 2019 — is hereby repealed in its entirety," the ordinance states in the enacted text. The board did not record additional debate in the minutes; the enactment was recorded as unanimous.
