The project increases on‑site parking to 267 spaces in three phases and includes detention/water quality ponds and additional screening.
- Peaks at Canyons SIP 2025‑002 (Peaks at Canyons – Sweet Creek Capital): Approved with conditions. Conditions require applicant to process and record a replat for Tract A, work with staff to provide greater articulation and varied materials on side elevations visible from major frontages, vary front elevation design features, and add a fenced dog play area adjacent to the trail connection. Standard technical corrections and fee payments are also required prior to SIP execution.
