Council approves T&M change order and final pay application totaling $269,551.65 in two votes

Council members voted to approve a time-and-materials (T&M) change order of $24,368.59 that had been tabled at the Feb. 11 meeting, then approved Final Pay Application #6 for the Water & Sewer project. The pay application lists CFPS at $15,000.00, MSA at $14,242.79 and Law Excavating at $215,940.27 for a total of $245,183.06.
The T&M change order motion (moved by Alderman Mike Risko, seconded by Alderman Doug Bergren) carried on a roll-call vote of 5 yeses and 1 no (Alderman Jeff Elliott). The subsequent motion to approve Pay Application #6 (moved by Alderman Mike Risko, seconded by Alderman Paul Kaczmarski) passed by the same 5–1 tally (Elliott NO). The council record does not show additional amendments to the sums listed in the pay application.
