Mari Enoch reported that Joey Lindstrom of Construct offered to install a sign at the Cassilis property after the chain-link fence was removed so the site would not appear abandoned. The Select Board approved the design of the sign announcing the Affordable Housing project and its sponsors and asked staff to confirm dimensions; Mari said Construct will likely need to apply for a sign permit.
The board's approval was procedural and did not represent land-use approval for the project itself; Mari will follow up with Construct on dimensions and permit requirements. The sign image was included among meeting documents.
