Edisto Beach appoints two members to Beachfront Management Committee

Council filled two vacancies on the Beachfront Management Committee at the June 11 meeting by appointing Kim Henry Bullerdick and Steve Conte to four-year terms ending in May 2030. Five applicants were considered: Peter Beck, Kim Henry Bullerdick, Steve Conte, Heidi Fowler, and Jerry Raines. The selection was made by ballot and ratified by motion from Council Member Jerome Kizer, seconded by Joey Bagwell; the appointments were unanimous.
The appointees will serve on the committee responsible for advising town policy and permitting decisions related to beachfront management. No contesting votes or public comments were recorded regarding the appointments.
