Resident urges water, restrooms and slowed traffic at Austin Park

Council members asked clarifying questions about the exact locations and noted Wesley Street’s state‑owned status. Later in the meeting a councilmember asked staff to evaluate temporary restroom and handwashing options at parks without facilities and to bring an equitable proposal back to the council.
