Page & Turnbull draft survey due next month; staff expect public review this fall

Leonard said the scope of the update increased substantially compared with prior lists and that the subcommittee's draft included roughly 100 or more new properties for survey; he said the HRB would be the primary forum for reviewing the draft before broader community outreach.
Board members asked about scope and timing. Leonard confirmed staff plan to start outreach with the HRB and proceed to additional community engagement, including evening workshops where appropriate.
