Township Engineer Peter Eisenbrown presented the Macoby Creek MS4 streambank‑restoration project and LTL’s bid summary. Supervisor Ben Fiorito moved to accept the bid from Gordon H. Baver, Inc. for $235,500.00; Dottie Diehl seconded and the motion carried 4‑0.
Eisenbrown also requested authorization for LTL Consultants to assist with design for a Montgomery County Conservation District (MCCD) grant application for Stauffer Road stormwater repairs and authorized the Township Manager to apply for the grant. Stefan Laessig moved to approve those actions, Ben Fiorito seconded, and the motions carried 4‑0. Supervisor Stefan Laessig commented that the Township has to undertake required DEP work and characterized it as a “perfect waste of money,” a critical remark entered into the meeting record.
