Among the items the Board approved were ratification of commercial warrants totaling $2,792,639.08 and payroll distributions of $4,427,009.37 for February (RES.26-038); multiple surplus property declarations (including FHS athletic equipment and district IT equipment) (RES.26-039; RES.26-042); updates to the Transportation Services Plan (RES.26-040); approval of an AP Seminar course for the English department (RES.26-041); annual certification of athletic coaches (RES.26-044); and acceptance of the Human Resources Action Report and related personnel notifications, including non-reelection notices for certain probationary and temporary certificated staff and long-term substitutes for 2026–27 (RES.26-043; RES.26-045). The Board approved contracts for business services to Junction and Black Butte elementary districts (RES.26-050) and excused Trustee Bridges' earlier absence (RES.26-047).
All consent and related motions were carried by 4-0 votes as recorded in the adopted minutes.
