Mark Brouillette moved to approve the Community Bank loan paperwork for the Western Star truck in an amount to exceed $300,000; Daniel Khan seconded and the motion passed 4-0.
The board also approved fleet permits for Ernest Krush and R.G. Gosselin (motion by Mark Brouillette; seconded by Leanne Barnard; approved 4-0). At the close of the meeting Daniel Khan moved to adjourn, Mark Brouillette seconded, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m.
