The Selectboard discussed the PSB/Town Office renovation project and an early budget estimate of about $1.1 million at its Jan. 26 meeting. Officials reviewed a proposed funding stack that would use a $297,397.60 MERP award, an updated vault quote near $126,000, up to $206,000 from the ARPA Reserve and up to $150,000 from the Building Capital Improvement Fund to reach an approximate funding total of $903,400; no formal action on the overall project budget was taken.
During the same discussion the board approved a Millbrook invoice for $6,579.44 to cover modified modular vault work; Mark Brouillette moved and Leanne Barnard seconded the payment, which passed 4-0. Board members said they will await updated cost tables and further information from the architectural firm before acting on the renovation budget.
