"Daniel moved to amend the agreement to a start date of March 1st, and adopt the agreement as amended; seconded by Leanne; approved 4-0." The board also adopted the FY27 Water Budget as presented in the amount of $151,342. Officials said the budget change reclassifies previous "water operation" staffing into contracted services to reflect the SOS contract and adds roughly $10,000 to cover transition costs. The board noted these changes should not affect water rates for FY27 but flagged a possible rate review for FY28, since rates have not been adjusted in over a decade.
