Facilities staff report near-complete fixes at Franklin Elementary, Brandywine landscaping and new scoreboard installed

The high school gym floor was refinished and a new scoreboard installed; staff described logistical challenges due to wet field conditions during installation but said the new scoreboard should reduce in-game maintenance. Board members thanked summer custodial crews and staff for the work and noted plans to highlight summer crews at opening-day events.
