Village flags low water-fund balance, hydrant repair estimate and wide meter/valve work ahead

The minutes state a large portion of water meters will be replaced in a second phase and approximately 50% of shut-off valves in the village are nonfunctioning. A request will be submitted to the fire department to assist cleaning culverts.
