Trustees approved payment of $239.08 in delinquent taxes for the Hickory Street property (motion by Trustee Thompson, seconded by Trustee Murray). The board approved a Caldwell Tank pay application for $55,324.80 contingent on the contractor installing required signage (motion by Trustee Jones, seconded by Trustee Thompson; roll call vote recorded). The board also scheduled a special meeting for Oct. 10 to vote on purchasing Gworks water-billing software.
