Trustees voted to approve a maintenance resolution proposed by Scott Hance that would use RBI funds for road and maintenance items. The proposal included a load of oil for summer, 30 tons of salt and salt mix, signs and sign posts, hardware, contract labor, packing streets, culverts, sidewalk replacement and $15,000 for labor and equipment. Trustee Thompson moved to approve the resolution and Trustee Murray seconded; the motion carried.
Separately, the board discussed remaining ARPA funds and noted the ARPA report must be submitted by the end of December. Trustees said previously purchased items — a boat, safety (shoring) equipment and a skid steer — could be charged to ARPA funds; Treasurer Black and President Danner agreed to meet and compile a list of eligible expenditures.
