Chairman Jeff Bold called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., and the minutes record a roll call showing Jeff Bold (Chair), Melissa Bauer (Secretary), Sylvia Saunders, Kris Wachs and Salley Wessels present; Jon Murray and Sterling Taylor were absent.
