The council approved the budgets on a roll-call vote: Aldermen Elliott, Risko, Kaczmarski, Bergren and Wolber voted yes; Alderman Soenksen was absent. The vote count recorded was five yeses, one absent and zero no votes; no amendments to the budgets were recorded at the meeting.
