City staff outlines annual project-portal update window for January–May

Shay told the council the project portal launched last year and will be used again to carry projects forward from year to year; project owners will be asked to update their projects between January 1 and May 1 each year. "So in January, you'll be notified to jump into your portal and update all of your projects, and you have until May 1," Shay said.
Shay said UIP and the Community Impact Board (CIB) will broadcast reminders and staff will present follow-up communications. Councilmembers asked for additional outreach strategies and staff committed to sending digital copies and additional reminders before the January window.
