At the April 2 Board meeting, trustees approved the March 19, 2026 regular meeting minutes and the January 22 and February 5 executive session minutes, all by motion and roll call vote.
Treasurer Emily Snow presented Warrant List 26-23 and said the Village had a Menards credit so “the total will be $26,207.63.” She provided a fund breakdown: $20,345.46 from the General Revenue Fund, $3,656.50 from the Cannabis Fund and $2,205.47 from the Water Account. Trustee Leigh Irons moved and Trustee Ralph Irons seconded approval of the warrant list; the roll call vote was AYE from all voting members and the motion passed.
The March 19 minutes were approved after a motion by Trustee Leigh Irons and second by Trustee Joe Cannella; the minutes show Trustee Katrina Christofilakos voted "present" on that item. The Board also moved into and returned from executive session (6:54 p.m.–7:15 p.m.) during the meeting.
