Trustees report on debris, events, library testing and new businesses

DeHart said she had contacted the Springfield Bike Club for assistance.
Trustee Christofilakos said "the testing for asbestos was negative at the library." Trustee Dale Lael asked whether a cold air return could be mounted on a wall instead of the floor; trustees said they would ask the contractor. Lael also reported a new business at 1502 Wabash—Ocean Breeze Wellness & Primary Care. Chief Houston reported that Leland Grove appointed Kevin Oliver as its new chief and said the Jerome department has been busy and has received many FOIA requests. Public Works staff (Dave) said water main break repairs will be leveled and seeded as weather permits.
