Williams described an incident she dated about March 26 in which a man she identified as Dale Lael was photographing her house, loudly asserting that work on the house was illegal, and demanding permits; she said he "proclaim[ed]" that "ALL OF THIS WORK NEEDS TO BE UP TO CODE, LADY!" Williams said Lael returned on about March 29, again confronted family members and that the family called police. She asked the Board to accept the complaint into the record. The minutes record Williams reading the letter; no Board response from Trustee Lael or a Board determination about the complaint was recorded in the minutes.
