Council approves deaccession of 404 library books; town donates 1,185 titles to state book drive

Council Member Sara Nelson moved to approve the deaccession at the estimated value; Council Member Bishop Watts seconded and the vote was unanimous. The donated books will be distributed through the state book-drive program rather than retained in town inventory.
